I hold a Bachelor's degree in International Fashion Branding from Glasgow Caledonian University, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of global fashion markets, consumer behavior, and strategic brand development. Glasgow Caledonian's program is known for its industry connections and emphasis on practical application alongside theoretical knowledge, providing me with a well-rounded education in the competitive fashion landscape.

I studied international retail environments and strategies for successful market entry and expansion. This included examining cultural influences on consumer behaviour and adapting branding approaches for diverse global markets.
Visual Merchandising & Experience Design
My studies included the art and science of creating compelling physical and digital retail environments that strengthen brand positioning and drive consumer engagement.
ACHIEVEMENTS
SEMESTER ABROAD: CHOSEN TO ATTEND BROOKLYN COLLEGE FOR 6 MONTHS IN NEW YORK CITY
My semester abroad at Brooklyn College in New York City was truly life changing. Living independently in a new city fostered personal growth and self-reliance, while engaging with diverse students expanded my perspective on fashion.
The connections I made blossomed into lifelong friendships that continue to influence my creative journey. Beyond academics, this immersive experience in a global fashion hub provided industry insights that fundamentally shaped my professional development and vision.
FASHION BUYER ESSENTIALS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE
I recently completed the Fashion Buyer Essentials course at the London School of International Business, driven by my fascination with the fashion retail industry. The course expanded my knowledge of the buying process—covering trend analysis, merchandising, inventory management, and pricing strategies. I especially valued learning about sustainable practices, critical in today's retail landscape.
This wasn't just another qualification, but an investment in my passion. By dedicating free time to these specialised skills, I've gained insights into the balance of creativity and commerce that makes fashion buying such a dynamic field.
GRADUATION: UPPER SECOND- CLASS HONOURS DEGREE
I graduated with an Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1) degree in International Fashion Branding, a result I’m incredibly proud of. Over the course of four transformative years, I developed both personally and professionally—gaining confidence, independence, and a clearer vision of my future in the fashion industry.
I am truly grateful for the diverse opportunities my degree offered, from creative projects to real-world experiences, all of which helped shape my skills and ambitions. My time at university not only deepened my understanding of the fashion world but also ignited an even stronger passion and drive to succeed within it.
FASHION BRANDING AND PROMOTION: FINAL YEAR PROJECT
For my final-year project in International Fashion Brand Management, my team created "Nike MUSE"—a digital concept magazine with supporting social media and marketing initiatives to enhance Nike's brand engagement.
We blended branding expertise with creative design to deliver a fashion-driven concept that honored Nike's identity while proposing fresh directions. Instead of hiring models, we proudly stepped in front of the camera ourselves for the marketing content, adding personal investment to our work.
This project sharpened my Adobe InDesign skills and visual storytelling abilities, while the data-backed strategy strengthened my capabilities in digital content creation and integrated brand communication.
DISSERTATION: DO INSTAGRAM INFLUENCERS IMPACT GEN Z FEMALES’ BUYING DECISION PROCESS?
My dissertation explored Instagram influencers' impact on Gen Z females' purchasing decisions—a cutting-edge marketing channel that continues to shape consumer behavior.
This research strengthened my analytical skills while providing contemporary industry knowledge of social media marketing dynamics which has become an invaluable asset in my fashion career, informing my strategic decisions and giving me insight into effective digital engagement.
Far beyond an academic requirement, this project established a foundation for professional growth that enhances my ongoing work in the fashion industry.
COP 26 FASHION SHOW
During university, I modelled sustainable hire-wear garments at a COP26 fashion show, showcasing recycled and renewed materials that represent fashion's future. This experience allowed me to physically embody the circular fashion principles I was studying while participating in an event connected to the global climate conference.
The opportunity aligned perfectly with my professional values and provided firsthand insight into how fashion can contribute to environmental solutions without sacrificing creativity or style.
