I use tools like money mapping and regional store rankings to analyse collection performance. With this data, I adapt product placement and rotation based on trends and customer preferences, creating floor plans that maximise sales and ensure high-demand items are always accessible.

As a ladieswear commercial visual merchandiser at Zara, I specialise in the Trafaluc collection while also contributing to the Woman and Basic collections. My goal is to create a seamless flow between collections, delivering a cohesive shopping experience that consistently drives top regional sales performance.

Seasonal sales events like Black Friday and Boxing Day require precise planning. I manage markdowns, floor space, and product visibility to ensure an organised, customer-friendly shopping experience that meets sales targets.

Managing fast-paced deliveries twice weekly is a crucial part of my role. I develop detailed delivery floor plans, carefully positioning products to maximise customer engagement and drive sales. Between deliveries, I adjust displays to align with sales trends and ensure balanced exposure, integrating accessories and shoes to complement new collections.

Collaboration is key to my success. I work closely with pilot managers, sharing ideas to optimise store layouts, and lead team meetings to align styling, new collections, and sales strategies. Regular training at Zara’s flagship Buchanan Street store ensures I stay ahead in this dynamic industry.

At Levi’s, I combined creativity and strategy to craft immersive shopping experiences that drove sales and deepened the brand’s connection with customers. I planned and executed impactful product launches and campaigns, turning featured items into top-performing pieces in both men’s and women’s departments.

By designing eye-catching displays and aligning them with customer trends, I created shopping moments that resonated and delivered impressive sales results.

Beyond designing displays, I took pride in training store staff on visual merchandising principles, ensuring a consistent and seamless brand experience across all locations. This collaborative approach elevated the overall shopping environment and empowered the team to uphold Levi’s high standards.

My ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency allowed me to manage inventory strategically, ensuring the right products were always available to meet demand and enhance key displays. I also actively contributed to revenue growth by exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently leading the store in Units Per Transaction (UPT).

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role was offering personalised styling consultations. By understanding each customer’s unique preferences and body type, I helped them find pieces they loved, building trust and fostering loyalty. At the heart of it all, I demonstrated strong organisational skills, effectively managing multiple projects and tight deadlines while delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Social Media Manager, I developed and implemented creative strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive customer acquisition across multiple platforms. By leveraging audience insights and emerging trends, I achieved over 30,000 views on Instagram Reels and TikTok, creating impactful content that resonated with target audiences.

I took pride in designing visually appealing and engaging content, from dynamic reels and TikTok videos to curated posts and stories. Every piece of content balanced creativity with brand messaging, ensuring it captured attention while informing and engaging viewers.

Beyond content creation, I actively monitored social media channels to identify trends, participate in discussions, and promptly respond to comments and inquiries. This hands-on approach helped maintain a positive brand image while building meaningful connections with the audience.

To ensure continuous improvement, I analysed social media performance metrics and provided detailed reports to track effectiveness, refine strategies, and optimise future campaigns. Conducting competitor analysis further allowed me to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of trends in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
